All donations are considered final and non-refundable, as they are committed immediately to ongoing programs upon receipt.

2. Exceptional Circumstances
If a recurring donation is set up in error or you wish to cancel future payments, please contact us at oasisofhopefoundation7@gmail.com or 076 259 6385. We will promptly stop further charges.

3. Refund Requests
Refund requests for transactions processed in the last 7 days may be considered upon written request. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways.
